Our products are made in Australia from both local and imported ingredients. The majority of the cologne’s ingredients come from Australia. All of the product’s processing has been carried out in Australia.

We source some ingredients and components from countries including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France and Italy.

We use a high concentration of oil in each cologne of approximately 20%. This positions our colognes in between eau de parfums and extraits. This is currently our standard level of oil concentration. Abiding by this standard, our cologne’s are consistently high quality. Some variation may occur between products due to the nature of the natural ingredients within each batch.

Yes. Customers from outside of Australia can visit the LKNU Parfumerie website here to purchase and ship internationally. Unfortunately, purchases made from the Thwaites Cologne website can only be shipped locally.

Our colognes have a life after opening of more than 36 months. Provided that they are taken care of, by keeping them in a cool place and out of direct sunlight, they will continue to age and mature like a fine wine. With a lack of unnecessary additives in the cologne, they will only get better with age.

We suggest applying two sprays to the back of the neck, where your collar meets skin and one spray on each arm, where your sleeve meets skin. Allow the cologne to settle. The cologne will bloom differently on clothing than on skin. Apply the cologne on a shirt/skin combination to maximise the cologne’s longevity. Depending upon the temperature and weather conditions, it may behave differently.

Thwaites Cologne is incredibly conscious of the environmental impact our products have. We actively use highly recyclable materials, avoid unsustainable ingredients and work with partners to ensure our impact is minimised. One of the ways we do this, is by replenishing the paper trees we use in our packaging and only using sustainable sources.

We believe our values align with those of the WWF-Australia and we support their goals of achieving 100% renewable energy, wildlife conservation and land protection.

Sagittarius Eau de Parfum can be sampled as a 2ml spray vial and shipped across Australia. There is a shipping fee for every sample purchased. We hope to make samples more accessible soon and allow multiple samples within the same order.

If you have made your purchase from the Thwaites Cologne website, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your purchase order. Your order will then be packed and shipped. All deliveries within Australia are by road transit only, due to the classification of the cologne as a ‘dangerous good’.

We understand this may take slightly longer than express post, especially depending on your location, but appreciate your patience with regard to the safety of the couriers. You will be sent a tracking number to track the delivery in a seperate email once your order is in transit.

Where possible, your shipment may be automatically shipped as express.
